Flex-I-File sanding tool: how it works? VIDEO review

Since some years is available on the market a tool called Flex-I-File , that claims to be the ultimate weapons for sanding surfaces, and over all tubolar surfaces (like the fuseleage joinings) without to "flat" them. But how it works? I found this nice video presenting and testing the tool.
